Most 3D plasma TVs have left us with generally positive impressions and the flagship Samsung PS51D8000 is no exception. We like its crosstalk-free 3D visuals and sexy design on top of a slew of advanced features ranging from the latest Smart TV function to wireless battery charging for its 3D glasses. Still, visible judder and oversaturated hues are some of the issues that will need to be addressed by Samsung. Is the D8000 a worthy contender for the pricier Panasonic VT30?Design Measuring 1,195.9 x 719.4mm (W x H), the 51-inch PS51D8000 is able the same size as most 50-inchers (such as the 1,202 x 733mm Panasonic TH-P50VT30 ) with its new Plasma +1 design. Furthermore, the Samsung TV's styling is reinforced by a brushed-aluminum bezel mounted on top a matching quad-legged swivel stand.
