If you're implying that they rate it red without cause other than copying a list with none of their own due diligence, I don't see that in the definition of the MRT anywhere.
On the contrary, most posters of lists caution others using it "Do your OWN due diligence".
I wouldn't deny that it happens sometimes that one with MRT privileges can willy-nilly just copy and paste a list (and sooner or later that person will be "caught" by Admin and the MRT will be withdrawn), but that it did in your particular case is hardly a certainty. It is definitely NOT the "meaning" of the MRT.
