Any particular reason for buying the DB521s instead of the DB651s? The DB651s fit in the stock location just fine, but you will need some sort of an adapter if you do not want to drill into the rear deck. As several others have done, I cut up the stock speaker and removed everything but the plastic frame and secured the new speaker to that. Since the plastic frame has the factory clips, it's a drop-in install from there. You can also buy an aftermarket adapter that will theoretically be the same as the cut up stock speaker, but I can't vouch for that since I haven't used it.
