Life without Jesus is hell now and to come
I know some of you don’t like me using the word “Hell” but you’ve got to understand that Hell is a real place. I’m not using it to tear a person down or to make them afraid. But you’ve got to understand Hell is a for real place.
That’s why evangelism and witnessing go hand in hand to reach those who are on their way to that dreadful place called Hell. Only God knows what’s going to happen in the future and our job as Christians is to go out and be a witness for Jesus.
My favorite person in the Bible is Jesus, back then, now and forever. Then came a man named John the Baptist who was a front-runner for Jesus the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the One who came from Heaven to save us from our sins and put us back in God’s family where we belong. John accepted the fact that is wasn’t about him but it was about Jesus the Lamb of God, the One who was and is to come.
Even when I was in the world drinking and doing other things against God’s will and willfully doing what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it and how I wanted to do it, I remember saying to God that I want to be like John the Baptist, if it’s possible, give me the same annointing that he had.
Back then, I didn’t know that all things were possible with God if you only believe. I should have been saying “I want to be like You, Jesus.” You see, when I was young I wasn’t taught to pattern myself after Jesus. In other words, we didn’t think we could be like Jesus. All I’m trying to say is that we should be a witness for Jesus in everything we do or say. Jesus said “go into all the world, teach and baptize in the name of Jesus”. Now if you are born again and have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior and allow Him to come into your heart then that makes you a minister for Jesus. You see, we are all ministers telling the good news about Jesus.
You don’t have to be behind a pulpit to let people know that Jesus died for them and one day He is coming back for us. I’m asking you to not be so stuck up on titles, be what God wants you to be and that is to be a witness for Jesus. If there is one thing I hate it’s people going to Hell when they really don’t have to simply because no one told them the true story about Jesus. Some people go to Hell because they choose to. I truly believe that people enlarge Hell not because they want to but because no one ever took time to tell them about our Loving Savior Jesus.

Southern Baptists this week called hell an "eternal, conscious punishment" for those who do not accept Jesus, rebutting a controversial book from Michigan pastor Rob Bell that questions traditional views of hell
His motive is rebellion against our loving God, to get as many souls as he can away from God and into hell. Choosing hell is to fail to live the way the Holy Bible tells us to, as clearly explained by the Messiah, the Savior, Jesus Christ.
One was a betrayer, ending his life in suicide; one was a beneficiary, though only for a time; one was a berater, destined for hell; but one was a believer, receiving salvation and eternal life. Jesus, who received the penalty for thievery,

06/22/2011 Comment We're here today — or anyway, we should be here today — because we believe in Jesus Christ. Everything in Catholic social ministry begins and ends with Jesus Christ. If it doesn't, it isn't Catholic. And if our social work isn't

3) Because Bobby tells me in his video about his book on hell exactly what his book about hell is about. And I’m pretty sure I’ve read his book about hell before. In the video, Bobby also says that HIS book is not an attack on Rob Bell, and I’m sure it’s not, but why include Rob’s name in the title?! Is he just using Rob Bell’s name for his own personal gain?
4) Because Bobby doesn’t really know any more about hell than I do. Though I’m sure that Bobby has lots of hellish ideas, just like Bell, Chan, Piper, and even Jonathan Edwards, Bobby is speculating.
5) Because honestly, I’m tired of reading people’s speculations about hell.
But if you’re not tired of reading hell, click here to purchase Bobby’s book .
Yeah, I think I might hear what Chan has to say, but there may be Hell-Heaven overload in the Christian community right now. Even I did a post series from the book (though I did so because I loved the discussion).
It’s funny, I told my girlfriend that we’d get a bunch of books coming soon… What’s the over under on 5 more books in the coming year about this topic. 10?
